RTC: upload attachment no more working
Hi all,
we have recently moved to the last CLM version 4.0.6, and also we have upgraded the WAS, HTTP Server and Plugin (7.0.0.31).
Then, we've noticed a strange behavior for customized WI.
The behaviour is described below:
- On a customized WI, without any previous attachments, we are not able to upload a new attachment, working by all 3 Internet Browser (IE, Firefox and Chrome)
- On a customized WI, with previous attachments, we are able to upload a new attachment, working by all 3 Internet Browser (IE, Firefox and Chrome)
- On a customized WI, without any previous attachments, we are able to upload a new attachment, working by RTC client eclipse.
Someone have noticed this behaviour too?

download Chromium
add ?debug=true to your URL
F12 to activate developer tools
ensure "break on all exceptions" is enabled
Try to reproduce your issue.
Expected: you should stop at some exception

we experience this problem on 4.0.4, supposedly fixed in 4.0.3

for us, it was not just on a customized workitem
