Jazz Team Server Setup Error - User Registry

After installing RQM 1.0.1 on RHEL5, converting to Oracle (local), and starting server, I had an error when running the Jazz Team Server Setup. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. - George

In JTS Setup:
2) Configure Database:
Vendor: Oracle
Connection Type: JDBC
Location thin:RQMDBUSER/{password}@localhost:1521/orcl2
3) Enable email - skip
4) Setup User Registry - I get the error:
"An unknown error occurred. View the Admin Server Status Summary for more information."
