 Hi,

I want the the owned by values will be one default value (which is the team leader of the team and mapped to the category) and not getting the all team list. Is it possible?

You can create a default owner, but you have to provide the user manually and this is across all work items.

 Hi,


We have some trouble doing it through Java and plugin.
Is there any other creative idea how to over come this issue?
I would like to assign defined user according to state change. 
The user should be changed when choosing the state and not after the save operation.

one work around I'v thought of Is to "empty" the assigned to field when choosing a state, Is it possible in a simple way?
