Change Request in Agile Scrum process template

We use Agile Scrum process template, and there is no "change request" artifact in this template. Can you suggest how to handle change request (coming from customers or initiated internally)?

Defect work item in the scrum template should match closely to Change Request artifact that you are looking for from Agile...
You can modify / customize this type further as per your need or create a new type too.. here is the link from v502 help with more information and detailed steps:
