How to transfer requirement documents from one project area to other project area through ReqIF on RRC 4.0.1

Currently we are working on CLM 4.0.1, We have created a new project area on RRC, This project needs the requirements from an other project area on the same application.
Going through jazz.net I found that it can be done through ReqIF, Can anyone guide me on using it on 4.0.1

The steps are pretty much the same for all versions.
