Broken User Profile Pictures in Friend Applications

Greetings,

Our 'User Profile' menu at the top-right of the web client does not display the user's profile picture when accessing the menu in CCM or RM, but it does display when accessing the menu from JTS.

I can see in the network analysis that when the image is requested from RTC or RM, a status 400 (Bad Request) is returned. But when JTS requests the image, the status is 200: OK.

Obviously this is not a major problem for us, but we would like to get our tool to be fully functional. We are currently on CLM 4.0.6 running with WebSphere.

Hello Dave,

There is a possible workaround.

If your photo or avatar is not showing up as intended, try these instructions.

Open photo in Paint
Select Resize
Select Pixels
Set vertical to 118 and tab out.
Upload to either RQM, RRC or RTC.
