Lifecycle project errors with 4.0.4

Hello,

Installed 4.0.4 on our demo machine and most sections work. When I click Manage Lifecycle projects or Create Lifecycle Projects, it just "runs in a loop" flashing the loading screen. License, admin, and other sections work fine.

Any thoughts?

Do you see anything in admin.log and jts.log?

Thanks for the assistance. I am not sure what happens, but Express Setup hates me. I tried to flashed VMs with Express Setup and it did not work. My final one I went through Custom Setup and everything is fine.

This has happened before on 4.0.1 and 4.0.2...I thought I had a previous forum question on it...

I will just stick to Custom Setup.

This should not be happening. Was this an install from scratch or an upgrade? If it is an upgrade you may want to check to see if all of the migration steps have been completed, in particular the upgrade of Requirements Management.
