Can I delete a Test Case including all backlinks?

When I (permanently) delete a test case with OSLC links to either a work item in RTC or a requirement, the back-links are not deleted.
When I remove the links afterwards from these items, I get warnings (like "ID CRRRW7254W  The link from the other server to this server could not be deleted because the other server is not available or communication with it has failed.")

Is there a way to remove all the back-links together with the delete operation of the test case?

Unfortunately, no.  Please see When test plan or case is deleted or copied- RQM should provide an option to remove/add any back-links. (93626).

Form the referenced enhancement request I got the following information/workaround which might be good to know also for others:
