How can I see who added someone as a Administrator in a project area?

I would like to see who added a particular member as an Administrator in the project area.  How can I do this?

Project Area membership changes are visible in the history of the project on the Web UI.
- Go to https://server:port/ccm/admin
- Navigate to the Project Area
- Select History from the left-hand column
