Users are not syncing in CCM with JTS and QM. What can we do?
Our configuration is JTS + CCM + QM + (RM that we not used) 4.0.5 version.
We have the problem to sync users in CCM. The list of users in CCM is not the same like in JTS, and its not updated. And new users not appear in CCM, and can't work there.
The screen with active users in CCM is always same (like it saved the state for a while)... :(
Whereas users synced between JTS and QM very well.
In JTS diagnostics there is WARNING about:

the issue seems to be related to the registration of ccm application at jts. Do you have any errors in the ccm.log, jts.log related to synchronizing users? Can you view users in ccm, can you edit a user in ccm or what error do you get? /Elisabeth |
Yes, we try to re-registered applications.
I can view some users in CCM, but it is OLD list of users. This list not updated. If I create user in CCM it not appear in CCM-users-list, but appear in JTS and QM users.
In the web I do not see errors expect mentioned above in diagnostics.
In the jts.log and ccm.log there is same messages:

We tried to investigate this problem. And found that users stored in 2 places:
The lists of users here are different. List of users in xml-file is not the same as in table.
It looks like JTS and QM take users from xml-file, but CCM use this database table.
How we can synchronized this two list of users?
We found issue https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/309819 that the reason can be international locale problem. We work in russian and use russian JTS version.
May is it problem? Right?
