scm: 0403-006 Execute permission denied

Would someone be able to provide instructions on how to properly install/use the SCMCommandLine tool within a Unix environment? What type of permissions should we be ensuring are set correctly, pre-conditions, etc...

I have added the Execute attribute to all files within the client & scmtools directory.

You should be able to unzip the RTC zip file and use the SCM CLI without any further configuration.
