Could you provide more information about your installation? What version of RRC are you using? Are there any relevant traces exposed in the RM log files?

Hi Michael

We are using Version 4.0.6 of RRC. Everything was working fine. Today I started the service of Xvfb to make graphical artifacts work and after that we started facing this issue.
