Why doesn't my Requirements Management portal display content?
I am receiving the follow error anytime I launch within my sandbox environment, the portal for Requirements Management.
The first time a dashboard is used, information about the dashboard is written to the data store. If the first user who uses the dashboard does not have write permission, the information about the dashboard cannot be written to the data store, and the dashboard cannot be displayed. To fix this problem, a user who has write permission must access the dashboard. Then, the configuration is automatically saved and all users can then view the dashboard.
