Call of RRC View ends with CRRW7611W

Issue appear since upgrade from 3.0.1.4 to 4.0.0.1

FireFox ESR 10

When calling a View it happens that after 10 second I get the message
The list of artifact cannot be displayed. CRRW7611W The server was unable to generate the list of artifacts in a reasonable period of time.

I can try as much as I want. The error appears the same. But if somebody else does the same call and this end successfully, it will also end successfully  on my calls afterwards.
The query is not very complicated: Type and Folder. The amount of data is around 900

in the rm.log and SystemOut.log is following message

Hi Erwin,

The RRC web client will time out a query after 10 seconds.  You can adjust this timeout to a higher value by modifying the property com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server.query.client.timeout in fronting.properties (<RRC Install dir>/server/conf/rm) from a value of 10000 (10 seconds) to something higher (ie - 20000 for 20 seconds) and restarting the server.

But as you mentioned, there may be an underlying issue causing the query to perform slowly, so you may want to open a PMR with support, especially if the query still exceeds the threshold after setting a higher timeout.  Hope it helps,

Hi Benjamin

Thanks for your hint. I got the same hint from development.
I changed the value to 5min ( It's the standard value we use in ClearQuest)
Query end after 40 sec successfully.
..and btw it was not only type and folder but also "if parent exist"

you can also change the property via the web admin here and it should take affect immediately without a restart:

Find the entry in the table for com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server.query.client.timeout.
