rebuildTextIndices error: The class "com.ibm.team.workitem.service.IWorkItemServer" failed to load. The bundle "com.ibm.team.enterprise.buildablesubset.service" could not find the class.

I run:
./repotools-jazz.sh -rebuildTextIndices

generates the error:
The class "com.ibm.team.workitem.service.IWorkItemServer" failed to load. The bundle "com.ibm.team.enterprise.buildablesubset.service" could not find the class.

even though rebuildTextIndices completes successfully. Any ideas how to fix that error or what it means?
