Modified date in change sets in SCM was older than current date.

What is the cause?
How to fix?

Cause of the problem
Timestamp on a server where Jazz Team Server run was not correct.

Fix the problem
To update timestamp on the server.
Using NTP(Network Time Protocol) is recommended.
