The time spent field shows the "time remaining". We would like to use the time spent instead. I read some articles indicating that you should change the work item progress model from time remaining to time spent. You can find this in the Project Configuration section, under Configuration Data and Planning nodes (according to forums). But I cannot find this feature in our company's version (4.0.4). Any indications are very appreciated.
