How can I set the work item progress model in RTC 4.0.4?

I've read some threads about the earlier versions, but, for some reason, this does not apply to the 4.0.4 version.

Sorry, I guess it has been relocated to:
Project Configuration>Configuration Data>Planning>General
Now that I found it, I just can't believe I didn't look in the General tab

I am not sure what you are asking. You might want to add more context to your question.
The time spent field shows the "time remaining". We would like to use the time spent instead. I read some articles indicating that you should change the work item progress model from time remaining to time spent. You can find this in the Project Configuration section, under Configuration Data and Planning nodes (according to forums). But I cannot find this feature in our company's version (4.0.4). Any indications are very appreciated.
