getting error while creating new WI in RTC

 Hi, 

I am getting following error while creating new WI in RTC. 

CRJAZ0215I The following record was not found in the database: com.ibm.team.process.internal.common.impl.ProjectAreaHandleImpl@39c321a9 (stateId: null, itemId: [UUID _Y68EMVQ9EeS6kZ5vLSFBGA], origin:  , immutable:  )

Can any one please help me in finding the root cause for it .

Can you confirm what version of RTC you're using and what browser you're using when you create the new WI - there are known issues in 3.0.1x version so RTC that cause a UUID error on save when using Mozilla Firefox ...

I would also ensure that you clear your browser cache or try another browser to see if the issue follows into that browser.

RTC version is 4.0.1, and there is no Browser involved as we are creating WIs using APIs

 Hi , 

We are creating new WI in RTC using REST queries with Java. 
And during this we are getting above error. 

Can any one please help me in finding the root cause for it .
