Error when opening up Plan side

Hi,

I would like to access to my plans (plan sheet in my RTC project) but i meet this error :

The service 'com.ibm.team.rtc.common.service.projectarea.ProjectConfigurationETagService@6a646a64' failed to find the required service 'interface com.ibm.team.repository.service.IDistributedOperationService'.

When i access to to componant status, The service com.ibm.team.rtc.common.service.projectarea.ProjectConfigurationETagService and com.ibm.team.repository.service.IDistributedOperationService are active (green symbol).

We use RTC 4.0.2.

Somebody have meet this error ?
