Problem with RTC uninstall

I am try to uninstall RTC v1.0 to install RTC v2.0 RC1. When I launch IBM INstallation Manager and select RTC it gives me this error "Bundle info id com.vmware.bfg does not match bundle state id com.vmware.bfg.ivd" and does not allow me to go further.
What does this mean and how can i go on?

Hi, "com.vmware.bfg" does not look like a bundle we install with RTC. Is there some VMware functionality you have installed that you can uninstall before trying the RTC uninstall?

I am trying to install RTC 3.0 using Installation Manager 1.4.3 into the eclipse directory under Adobe Flash Builder 4.5 which uses Eclipse 3.6.1, I get the following error message when I getto the last step ...
"Bundle info id "org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.nl1" does not match state id "org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.nl1_3.6.0v20091121043401".
What am I missing?

I am having this problem with RTC 4, also on Adobe Builder 4.5.
