dng-beta-cm JRS functional user does not have permission to access the SPARQL data

I installed the clm6.0M7 with tomcat and derby, I configured everything according SetupGuide till following position:

When I select the Lifecycle Query Engine in https://<jrsserver>:14443/rs/endpoint and press refresh, it takes very long, and I get following Error:
The JRS functional user does not have permission to access the SPARQL data
