DNG with CM: Where did the formal/informal review option go?

I don't think this is directly related to the CM feature, but when creating a review from within a Changeset I don't see the option to choose whether it's formal (snapshot) or informal (live).
It may be that the use case was considered that only live reviews would be done within a changeset, but I'm not sure that's always the case.
Is what I'm getting the expected behaviour or might it be a defect?

 Reviews within DNG with CM are still under construction, so I wouldn't read too much into the current behavior.
