"Bad file" when download Rational Test Workbench v8.6

Hi Admin,

When I downloaded Rational Test Workbench v8.6 at 99%. File is bad file. It noticed re-install RTW. Then I tried it again. So, it aslo is bad file.

1. IBM Rational Test Workbench Mobile Test Edition V8.6 Core Multiplatform Multilingual

2. IBM Rational Test Workbench V8.6 Core Multiplatform Multilingual

Please, checking again.
