Recover projects of a Server down

Hi all,

Is there any way to recover projects that were in a server which only we have recovered Data Base and the files JazzTeamServer folder (datawarehouse, internal, license, properties, repotools and server folders)

If you have the database and the configuration files, you would have to recreate the indexes using the repotools.
