 Hello,

I got a lot too many differences in the test cases documentation and the way that IBM wants to us doing thro scripts is not a reliable solution, is to much time developing all these scripts, I been wasting less time using macros and functional tester trying to automate the process for extract the data from word documents and importing in QM, so is there any good practice for that?

Thank you

 Rafael,
If you are trying to import data in a Microsoft Word document, you can do this with the Excel/Word importer

This utility allows you to import Test assets (i.e. Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts...etc) into RQM
The Wiki is a good place to start for an overview of the tools capabilities
