RTC Email delivery

Does anybody have suggestion how to resolve or troiubleshoot an email issue.We have one user not receiving emails from RTC for any work item that person is subscribed to.Which log to follow.Catalina and jazz.log both don't carry the required info.I tried tailing but to no effect.You're help will be appreciated.thanks

Users can choose to disable email notifications. You might want to check if the user has accidentally deselected all mail notifications.
Right click on Repository connection node -> Open my user editor -> Mail configuration.

Don't know about the logs etc., but I had a user with a similar issue -- check the email adress associated with them, in my case it was an extra space tacked on that was the culprit

RTC team , can you please suggest some other method.
1.Is there any log that records RTC activities like workitem creation ?I want to tail it to see the evnts , whihc happen when a subscriber updates or sends an email?
2.Is there any method you can suggest or do need more information on the issue.
A quick response will be highly appreciated.Thanks.
