Is it possible to have a default attachment when work items are created?
I'm planning on creating a template a separate csv/text template that I want to attach to the "Attachments" section under the "Links" tab. Is there a way to set this csv/text template file as a default so that every new instance of this specific type of work item will have the attached template file at initialization?

As far as I am aware, there is nothing out of the box in the product to do that. You could potentially solve this by trying to extend RTC and create a work item save follow up action (participant). This would be a Java based server extension.
