Team Load cannot be shown
According to this done story,

Sorry, just found it. It is in the plan details. Next Question: can this be made visible when showing the plan widget in a dashboard?

+1 for having clarified on where you could find this information.
Adding that if you're rather looking for the specific RTC OOTB report named: "Team Capacity" report and could not find it: it's because it's part of the reports not deployed by default.
