I have followed the link and applied same solution as per link then still I am getting same error.
Do you have any other solution with you?

Hello Kumar,
as the issue could be related to cookies in the browsers (according to the technote) you might want to try clearing the cookies and cache of your browser, then close and open it again.
Also would be interesting to try with different browser types, to see if you get the same error.
