Build Forge 8.0.0.2 iFix1 installation on Linux - Service is running, but URL is not coming up.

Followed all the pre. post, etc.. documentations for installation and I have installed Build Forge 8.0.0.2 iFix1 on RH 6.4 from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-build-forge/releases/8.0.0.2iFix1

DB is running on MySQL 5.1 on a different host.
I have confirmed that the BF tables were created in MySQL DB. 
The conf files look good and are very much like the production instance that we have running with 7.1.3.5.

But when I try to go to the URL, https://<somemachinename.blahblah>.com:8443/rbf-services/LoginServlet, I get a connection timed out error. 

I know that the buildforge service is running and the logs don't contain any errors. 

What could be wrong? What have I over looked?

 I should add that this is what I see when I start the buildforge service:
