Not able to find Jazz Foundation Server SDK (POJO)

I was following the steps mentioned in this link to get my setup ready. - https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/SetupPojo

As per the link, JFS SDK has all the components under one directory. i.e.
<server>
- doc
- lib
- samples
- src

JFS SDK (OSGi) which is available, follows eclipse plug-in-development format (features and plugins).
