Forgot Jazz Admin password...

One of our customer forgot his Jazz Admin's password, while the 'ADMIN' account has been locked, so no users could login the system now.
They want to know how to reset his Jazz Admin's password, or could he re-enable the default 'ADMIN' account?
You can use repotools -createUser to create a new JazzAdmins account. And then you can change the forgotten password or use the newly created one.
How to change the password? For example, if user A forgets password then I login as ADMIN and open A's user profile. "change password ..." button is inactive.

I found the answer on another thread: https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9891 The solution suggested there was:
"You have to use the eclipse client.
To find a user in the Eclipse client, in the Team Artifacts view, you should have a Repository Connections item. Right-click on it and go to Administer->Open Users."
I tried the solution suggested in that thread and it works.
