The System Requirements for CLM 5.0.2 only list compatibility with RFT 8.5:

However the RFT system requirements list RQM 5.0.2 as a supported platform but you need to use RFT 8.6.0.2 as a minimum (8.6.0.3 and 8.6.0.4 are also supported):
