Set JTS advanced properties value using RTC-Client-plain Java Libraries

is it possible to set advanced properties value using the plain java client libraries?
Example, using java program to set "NTP server address" property value

I don't believe there are any client apis to system admin. This is only available thru the web UI..

probably a security feature too.

I dug around a bit and found com.ibm.team.jfs.app.config.IConfigurationPropertiesService in com.ibm.team.jfs.app.ConfigUtil maybe you can find something from there? Please share if you do.
