unarchive a project area
is it possible to unarchive a 4.0 RTC project area , after it has been archived ?

Yes it is possible. In order to do this you will need to log in as a user with JazzAdmin or JazzProjectAdmin privileges. From the Web UI select "Archived Project Areas" from the Project Areas dropdown menu. There is a "Restore Project Area" button in the "Actions" column.
