Hi Ankit,

RTC doesn't have any backup option at project level, you can only take backup at Database level.

You can export the work item into a csv file which can be imported back to RTC but after importing the work item ID will be different it doesn't retain the same work item ID(entirely new work item),
There are no backup for plans, iteration, team members.

Mohan

JAZZ DEVELOPER

The following links provide a little more detail about backing up an RTC database:
- https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/JazzIndexesBackupAndRecoveryConsiderations

It's important to note that you should back up the RTC indices when you're taking a database backup in order to keep the repository consistent.
