tags shortcuts options

Hi,
I would like our teams to use tags for constant descriptive information in WI.
What i'm looking is some shortcuts to make the "approved" tags for the team easily shown.
For example:
1. Can i create a list of tags per team that will be available for selection? I know that it could be achieved with naming convention since the field got auto complete ability. I need something faster as the teams prefix is long.
2. Is there an option for keyboard shortcuts that will automatically add tags if a text in the WI (like from WiKi area) is selected (like by double click)?

*Can you please show me where the "tag cloud" installation is? Are there any other related add-on features?

Few documentation available about tags, unfortunately.
