10 free for RTC developers licenses with Developer licenses in RTC 5.0.1

Hello, please tell me latest attitude about combining licenses on the same server.

If I mixed 10 free developers licenses with Developer licenses, can I obtain 24x7 IBM support for purchased Developer licenses?

Now I check download information and can find annotation #2 is changed between RTC3.0.1 & 5.0.1.

So I expect the restriction of IBM support with 10 Free developers (only Jazz.net community support is available) is not applicable to normal developer licenses on the same server.
