Do RTC, RRC and RQM contributor licenses provide exactly the same capabilities?

Is there any action in Jazz which I can do with a RQM contributor license but can't do with an RTC/RRC contributor license? Same question also for RRC and RTC contributor license on the other two platforms.

Yes. all type of contributor licenses provide the same capabilities.

From the above overview, you can see that it may be called as different component's contributor due to product bundle but it is basically the same.

Why does the RQM_Contributor require lesser tokens than the others, if they are providing same capabilities?

Is this a marketing issue?

There are a lot of discussions over token license consumption and usage, I hope there will be a technote to explain in more details as a result.
