Removing inactive users from RTC 5.0.2

vishnudharan manivannan (1183142) | asked Aug 25 '15, 1:28 a.m.

Hello All,

We have a lot of inactive users in RTC who do not use the tool for more than 6 months. Is there a possibility we can find who are these inactive users somehow ?

We only have CALs and floating licenses in our environment.

Also RTC is configured with WAS 8.5.5 base server + LDAP for authentication.

Kindly let me know if there is a way how I can find the inactive users in RTC who haven't logged in for the past 4-6months.

Thanks

Vishnu M

Hi Arun,

We cannot until the RFE is implemented by IBM. Is there other ways via scripts& excel this information can be retrieved from Jazz ?

The above links show implementation in tomcat.. I would be interested in WAS if there's a possibility.

Thanks

Vishnu M
