Moved Jazz server to another domain (xyz.com to abc.com)

We have moved our jazz server from one domain (xyz.com) to another (abc.com).  We need to reconfigure the jazz server (which is running on WebSphere 7.0.0.23):

1. to rename the server - I did see the documents in the Rational help for that.

2. more importantly, reconfigure the LDAP from xyz to Microsoft Active Directory.
We have reconfigure WebSphere security for accessing Active directory and setup the jazzadmin roles, but it seems that we need to log into the Jazz Server to do some configuration work there too.  The problem is that the default user Id and password (ADMIN/ADMIN) does not work.  From reading the forum, it seems that this is disabled when LDAP is setup.  We do not know the user Id and password of any user that had administrator access.  How do we get administrator access?  Is there a procedure for converting from LDAP xyz to Active directory?
Please Help. Thanks in Advance... O. Frank

We describe a similar scenario in https://jazz.net/library/article/831.
The workshop does not cover the public URI change. It addresses changing from Tomcat authentication to MS AD.

In any case, you need to have one user with JazzAdmin role in the LDAP system, to be able to log onto RTC. You will also have to recreate the users with the same (case sensitive) user ID and the repository roles in LDAP, for them to be able to log in.

If you need to change the ID'S - this will work once RTC can be accessed using an JazzAdmin accont - look here: https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/10/12/changing-the-jazz-user-id-using-the-rtc-plain-java-client-libraries/

As far as I know all the settings (not in WAS) needed for LDAP in RTC are stored in the respective teamserver.properties files for all the applications (JTS, CCM, RQM, etc.). So you should be able to put all the settings in without having to log in.
