is there possible to share dashboard to specific user only?

Hi Milan

This feature is not available yet, wherein you can share the dashboard to a particular user only.

There have been RFE's (Request for Enhancement) raised against this and here is one of them:

You can add your comment with business justification to have this feature implemented.
