How to add "Represents" to Information Item

Hello,

I tried to compare the difference between RSA 9.0 and RSA 9.1. In the new released feature of RSA 9.1, there is a new one called "Custom UI section to add "Represents" to information items". I could not find the "Represents" options. Could someone please tell me how to do it? Thank you!
