RDM 4.0.7 truncated large designs

Ahmed Omair (41033) | asked Jan 04 '16, 7:55 a.m.
People in my organization have recently started using RSA with RDM. The problem is when they create large diagrams especially the large swim lane BPMN diagrams in RSA and upload them to RDM through Import definition, the diagrams in the design manager viewer appear to be truncated. When we open the print view of diagram the complete diagram appears. Is this a known bug in RDM? Is there any way I can resolve this issue? Is this resolved in any future version? I am using RDM version 4.0.7 and RSA version is 9.0

Hi Ahmed,

What you are describing sounds very much like the following defect/APAR : PI20727: BPMN model Diagram which is created in RSA 9.0.0 is truncated after imported to RSA DM.
I would recommend to upgrade to a later version of RSA DM as this defect is resolved from the version 5.0.1.

François
