Using server rename key file 4.0.4 with CLM v.5.x

We received a rename key file from IBM support for a planned rename scenario with one of our CLM v.4.0.4 environments. Unfortunately, other priorities prevented us to move forward with it. Now that CLM v.5.x is available, we were now thinking of first upgrading from v.4.0.4 to v.5.x then performing a server rename. My question - is it possible to use the same rename key for v.5.x. or do I have to request another one specifically for CLM v.5.x Thank you Pierre Friend |

The Key you currently have should work with a 5.x deployment; however you may want to have a discussion with support to go over the Sever Rename steps to ensure the everything is in place for a successful outcome
