How do I find an RTC changeset in the Eclipse UI using a changeset URL?

Carlton Henderson (1333) | asked Jul 23 '14, 6:31 p.m.
My coworker gave me a changeset URL and I want to pull up the changeset in the eclipse UI so I can look at diffs, etc. How can I accomplish this?

I was not able to find a direct way for this. All you can do is, Open the web url in a browser and get the associated workitem id or the component through which you can get to the associated changeset in Eclipse.

There is no way to open a change set URL in Eclipse. The typical use case is your coworker associates a work item to the change set. When you want to review it, you go to the work item and open the change sets.

You can still open the change set URL and browse the diffs from the web browser.

Hi Carlton,

In addition to Tim's comment, ( component > Show History) You can sort the change-set by creator or comment and you can still comapre the changeset.

Regards,
Arun.
