I am trying to export production backlog plan with all stories, tasks, etc. from RTC 3.0.1 to Excel or other type file. I can't find much references to that. I know it is possible to import plan from Excel to RTC, but I need exactly opposite. Please note that RTC version is pretty old (3.0.1).

Thanks in advanced.

As far as I  know there is no plan export or import to or from Excel. The Web UI can show actions to export to and from MS Project starting with some version of RTC (3.x is no longer supported, we are on 6.x now).

However, a plan basically shows work items that are planned for a certain iteration and owned by a certain category. You can basically create a work item query that you can use to export the data to excel.

Again, this is life data, if you change the life data, the plan will also change.
