Searching user returns result, but not visible in web client

My customer uses RTC 4.0.6.
Some users have problem displaying user list by Internet Explorer.
Such as adding subscriber, searching user seems to work, but results are not displayed.
To be more precise, it seems that results are returned, but not visible.

Does anyone face the same situation?

Which version of IE are they using? Have they tried a different browser?

Users having this probplem using IE9 and IE7.
IE 7 isn't supported, so that's ok.
User who uses IE 10 doen't face this problem.

They don't have a chance to try another browser so far.

 Hi Yohko,

Please verify the user is member of JazzGroup's and also verify the groups are mapped correctly for applications (jts, ccm and QM).
