[closed] "Starting local help server" in Eclipse client, how to disable?

Hello

We have integrated the RTC 6.0.3 plugins into our own corporate Eclipse IDE.

When the IDE has started for a short amount of time we can see a dialog "Starting local help server".

What is this local help server used for?

How can this be disabled?
